I am in a terrible stage as because I am unable to change the PASSWORD of BSNL Broadband and somebody accessed my account and downloaded huge data from my account due to failure to change of Password in the BSNL Portal through www. dataone.in or 10.240.43.216,etc. Repeated problems could not be solved by the BSNL .Similar problems occurred several times in the past relating to misuse of PASSWORD and whenever I lodged complaint for ERROR 691, the password of my internet account was changed to default mode, i.e. xyz123. The irony of the fact is that whenever I tried to change the password for a new one using my User ID and existing PASSWORD, the respective web page of the BSNL Portal showed the word by giving a hint “ Operation is timed out. For safety, please log in again” and also showing a picture of a clock . Astonishingly , after elapse of few days the default password get automatically or by somebody else changed to some unknown password without being done so the same from my account and I used to lodge repeated complaints of ERROR 691 and have to wait without internet service till the password restored to default mode.
Please help me how can I get rid of the problem and change my bsnl broadband account password often and see the service record of my account as usual . Please help me through the email by rupakdutta1960@yahoo.co.in or by immediate return reply through this site.
