    Dear sir
    I am having bsnl broadband and unable to create mail account.
    Ihave entered smma bsnl.in as my incoming server and smra.bsnl.in as my out going server and also given authentication to my out going server. Still iam unable to receve or send mails.
    Please advise

    hello everybody
    i am unable to check my account usage ...i dont know what is my mail user id & password ,i am entering the username & password from which i connect to internet but it says invalid username or password
    i have to call bsnl officials for getting my id & password or it is something else?
    plz help

    Hi,
    I got my connection a few days back
    On http://p3hosting.bsnl.in:9080/BroadBandCustomerPortal/ I am able to see the usage only for the month of January and even nighttime usage is included even though am on 500 Plan.
    Can anyone who is also using Home500 please confirm whether or not I will be billed for this usage. I can see no option for unbilled usage

    login on Dataone WebMail ;then go to check my account usage tab.there u will asked for usename & pwd ,this is all possible if u connect through bsnl bb service

    You should not be billed for your night usage. Try to keep a backup copy of the date you see on bsnl's portal site

    does the bsnl chk usage have a problem or what???
    had connection for more than a year. last month it stops working (me being able to check the usage stops working). tried everything, called everyone (last year after broadband went down for a month had to call the director in rajasthan). so can anyone help me?? atleast tell me how to contact some guys of bsnl technical (not the one who put you on an hours hold or keep saying saab, abhi serbar down chal raha hai, kal tak theek ho jayga!!!!

    the bsnl portal site has problems most of the time.. it usually comes back to normal in a few days!!

    i didn't get any portal id ...
    when my connection is activated they give me only bsnl user id and password how can i get my portal id .......i talk to my local exchange for the portal id id but they nothing know about thie portal id please help me how can i get this portal id.........

    your portal id is your bsnl username /password.. if it doesnt work in BSNL - Broadband Account Management then try http://10.240.0.195/webLogin.jsp

    When I talked to BSNL helpdesk for portal id, they said that I will have to get it from my local exchange. I have not done it as yet. BTW, Where are you located? Contact your local exchange.

    so u mean that my user id and password which was give to by bsnl is my portal id !!!!!!!!!..... but i tried it again...i typed my id and password on this page BSNL - Broadband Account Management but after clicking onthe tad submit i grt a complete blank page......i am very confused about the user id,portal id,.......i also tried to oped this page but again unsucsessfull...... plz help me

    visit 10.240.89.199 and give ur bradband username and password... select user accounts.. there u can find month wise usage (select all accounts)

    TO CHECK DATA USAGE LOG ONTO dataone.in site n click on to "CHECK MY USAGE ACCOUNT" placed left upside ,give ur user id n password n u will get the whole details of ur BSNL BB LOGIN N LOGOUT DETAILS.

    BSNL - Broadband Account Management is the place you can check the usage.

    Question bbservice.bsnl.in problem

    When i am signing in it is saying that "invalid username or password"

    is this the case with everyone? i had changed my password, but i dont think i am mistyping that.

    I also got broadband connection on 16th. My Portal http://p3hosting.bsnl.in:9080/BroadBandCustomerPortal/
    is opening now but when i try to check usage it says, " No Usage Records Found For FEB-2008". Well i have seen some people who got connection on 16th can check usage but i can't. Should i meet JTO?

    they are doing some developments, so it works on and off!!,
    @kiduvipin - are you using a 14 digit portal id?? cause your portal id and your bsnl id is different .. it is like this for new users!!

    i am using the 14 digit portal id, but the thing is that it is giving that "invalid usename password". i dont kno if i am typing the password wrong, that is why i am asking whether anyone can log in now in that bbservice.bsnl.in portal.

    if i am typing my password wrong then i think i should try some way to reset my password
