I tried BSNL - Broadband Account Management in Internet Explorer too, i get a blank page. Although i can access http://p3hosting.bsnl.in:9080/BroadBandCustomerPortal/ when i check my usage for February, it says,"No usage record found". I have got 14 digit Portal ID and i got my connection on 16th Feb.
http://p3hosting.bsnl.in:9080/BroadBandCustomerPortal/ is defunt now I believe. Only BSNL - Broadband Account Management is working now. However if either the portal id or password is incorrect, it displays a blank page. If you are in Hyderabad you can call 1800 424 1600 for support. For me same login and password are working for both the sites but the first one says "No recors found". BSNL may have discontinued usage of the site.
I changed my password from the default one 2 days before. When i met JTO he said there is some problem in the bbservice.bsnl.in site and there engineers in bangalore are solving the problem. He said it would take atleast 10-15 days for the problem to be solved. Is he lying, maybe he is.
It seems that the new service bbservice.bsnl.in to check bandwidth usage has always been left with issues. I preferred the older portal of bsnl to check the usage, where i didn't have any issues at all to check usage. Probably we all shd request bsnl to do so!

Today i called bsnl and they reset my portal ID password. Now i can log in to that bbservice.bsnl.in portal![]()

How can i check my account usage in this case?
when i click "check account usage link" in dataone.in it says "forbidden"
but when i type in the address of portal in my browser it opens and works.....!?

you will need a 14characters portal ID (different from bsnl username to connect to net) which will be given to you by bsnl only(do not get it by registering on bsnl site).

I have been trying to open this site for the last 10 months or so....
I had opened it only once...after that I could not...when I asked the concerned persons they said JAVA may not be installed in ur PC...how can it be possible...If the site can open once why not again....I have tried in two different laptops...their also it is not opening..I dont know how to check my data usage etc...I have made the changes for the Cookie problem also...still then its not opening...Plz any one help me....
