Many people who has taken bsnl connection... find it hard to open 10.240.43.216 . Those users can try bbservice.bsnl.in instead...

hey i took the bsnl broadband this week..i tried opening bbservice.bsnl.in..its not opening...also what are the username and password to be given there??....do we need to give the details which we use in connecting internet???

i mean the userID nad passwd....i gave the details which we give to connect the broadband....but its giving INVALIDUSERNAME and PASSWORD

to login you need portal ID different from the one you use to connect to net.it is 14 characters something like ami12345678901 & will be given by bsnl(usually local exchange people)
