but may show u internal error....or incorrect password/id msg

it can happen 5-6 times but keep trying and eventually it will open.....

it will open no matter how many times that incorrect id/password msg is shown....

I did what you said for 10-15 times but it keeps saying "Invalid Username or Password Please Try Again".

**** this dataone.in site, hopeless site. I have been trying to open this since 4 months

same problem with me too. always says, invalid user name and password. kindly help

You will get the Login and Portal ID with default password

me & my some of the friends were facing same problem. some times site will open & some time not. but notice one thing it will b always unavailable in the 1st week of the month. simply fed up of this i called BB manager & voila.....recd a CALL FROM BSNL. after explaining the problem he noted down my telephone no. & called after just 10 min & askd me to chk. it was working. i informed my friends no. also & again after 10 min i recd his call that he has solved all others problem also. this shows that it is something minor problem at their end with wich they tinker.

LOGIN PROBLEM

I think BSNL has changed the server on 3 rd june .
the new login for BSNL Broadband for Multiplay i.e those usernames not having _hyd,_gtr .. e.t.c .

you allow javascript and cookies of browser

data.bsnl.inusing yr portal user id and password

whether u are connected from dataone connection while checking your account

from site data.bsnl.in with ur portal user id and default pwd as password

go to data.bsnl.in and enter ur portal id and password...........


then go to my services and select month and then go.....
