It seems that the new service bbservice.bsnl.in to check bandwidth usage has always been left with issues. I preferred the older portal of bsnl to check the usage, where i didn't have any issues at all to check usage. Probably we all shd request bsnl to do so!

the old portal still works for old customers!!!you can still use it!!http://10.240.0.195/webLogin.jsp

Today i called bsnl and they reset my portal ID password. Now i can log in to that bbservice.bsnl.in portal

are you an old user or new user?? there are different portals for new and old users!!

hey i have 900ul plan and when i login into the webmail it says incorrect id and password . what;'s wrong ????

Hi I am also using bsnl broadband..dataone connection

Whenever i try to open the link http://www.sancharnet.in/dataonedirect.htm it says
you do not have permission to view this page.

How can i check my account usage in this case?
