hey guys help plz! Respond to this question!
^ you are supposed to check your usage details at this Link
http://sancharnet.in/dataoneredirect.htm
this link is taken from Dataone WebMail website .
Java script must be enabled in your browser to view the usage .
and you have to enter your username ( without @dataone.in )
along with the password to check your usage details .
You can check your account usuage in Dataone WebMail. On visiting the website there will be a link stating "check your account usuage". By clicking on that link and entering your username and password you can check your account usuage.
faced the same problem
it has something to do wid java ..
download firefox if u wanna check it da old way
or download duf.sourceforge.net
If you have problems with java as its a java applet based site then you'll have to download Java Runtime Environment. Following is its link.
java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/download.htm

Hi simply check the usage in the addrss: BSNL NIB-II PORTAL
Hi all, I am also cant open the page http://10.240.43.216. I have installed Java runtime environment, I have done every step to be done to open this page but it is not opening still. Please help me.
I have also tried to open the Dataone page. But when I pressing submit button after entering my userid and password it opening blank page?I am really confused. I called the toll free no 1800-424-1600 for help they told me that It will take some time becasue I have just got the connection. Is there anykind of this features with BSNL broaband?
@ Sowmya , if you have just received your broadband connection then you
will be given a new portal adress and user ID to check your usage details .
you have to contact your local exchange (visit exchange) for this information .
If the BSNL Broadband connection is got from new multiplay platform the account checking site is BSNL NIB-II PORTAL
How to check it is multiplay? The associated dynamic ip will be 117.196.x.x
10.240.43.216 site is not available to multiplay users.
Download And Install Du Meter

Is warez allowed in this portal?
A free alternative would be http://www.metal-machine.de/readerror/
I h've read somewhwre on a forum that new users(post october,07) can't access their dataone accounts and ara unable to check account usage!
hey guys..i took BSNL conection only 3-4 days before...when i checked my usage it gave me only the toal kb used (including free hr)..and the toatal amount cost...guys can u plsss.tell me how they calculate this amount..how much they costs for 1 mb..if u havnt exceedes ur dwnld limit???![]()

how can i chek that
^^ If u a recent subscriber of BSNL Broadband u should check your usage on http://p3hosting.bsnl.in:9080/BroadBandCustomerPortal/
Which plan r u on currently??
Here is a brief example.. calculate accordingly :
I will take 1GB as example here.
1 Gigabytes (GB) = 1024 Megabytes (MB) = 1048576 Kilobytes (kB) = 1073741824 Bytes (B) = 8589934592 Bits (b)
If you are having a hard time calculation this yourself try this online calculator : Conversion bits and bytes - 8 bits are 1 byte calculate convert calculation byte kb mb gb megabit conversion megabits - sengpielaudio
Its working for metry clicking refresh with the shift key pressed
should work.
This is whats written on that page :
