obviously you will connect to multiple networks since you are using modem in bridge mode.first network is your local lan which gets connected since it is connected to modem & the 2nd network is the bsnl connection made by the dialer to access internet.if you configure your modem in pppoe/always on mode in which you enter your bsnl username/pwd in modem itself then as soon as you turn on your modem your modem will connect to bsnl.in that case your computer can access net through lan so no multiple networks.

    Click "Change adapter settings"
Order can be also changed. Moveup /move down.
Post as attachment screenshot jpg the list.
    Go advanced/scrolldown/Manage attachments/Upload
Retain which ever net work you want.

I am keeping "blue tooth" & VPN .for forum use.
Earlier this laptop was connecting to two VPN links.
The wifi networks are not mine. working on LAN mode now.

in your 2nd pic in 1st post "broadband connection"network details clearly show your IPv4 address as 117.x.x.x which is not possible if you are using modem in pppoe mode.in this mode only network shown would be your lan(unless you have wifi connected or some other mobile net connection)& its property will show ip something like 192.x.x.x which is there in your 1st pic.also notice the green tick in your 2nd pic in broadband connection status which again proves that you are using dialer/bridge mode because this green tick only appears for such connections.my guess is your dialer property is set to auto connect at pc startup so when you start your pc & log in dialer automatically connects you so it looks like you have always on mode set which in reality is not.

    BSNL BROADBAND MAIN MENU
try c2110(nokia siemens model non wifi) or sl2_141(nokia siemens wifi model)to configure your modem in pppoe mode.after doing this you will also have to setup port forwarding or UPnP in modem for torrents to work correctly.

P.S.if you have already setup your modem in pppoe mode as shown in pics in your previous post then ignore above.

Did you click "CHANGE Adapter settings "
Do you get a picture like what i had posted in Post No 3?

Specify Exactly how you want your setup. to work.

    2.
You started with something , and now you are asking about Modem/router settings.

Siemens nokia Networks 1600 is similar to WA3002-g4 and
check my signature post. Many links are given
    with screen shots/ step by step/ video . powerpoint presentation etc.;
    HINTS:
    type 192.168.1.1/main.html
    to access Advanced options.
Enable DHCP range say 192.168.1.3 to 192.168.1.10
Enable last button in the page you have entered id and PW.
    bridge etc .

Switch off your laptop/desktop when not required.
your brother can work either with Lan connection or wifi mode.

    Para two:
Find out how much a technician will charge you, and if IBF members solve your problem ( for the time spent for you,) DONATE at least 50% to a Charity of your choice. how much a Software/computer technician/engineer will charge No idea
( My plumber charges now Rs 500/= for a visit! )
There is no respect or thanks for anything which comes FREE!!

If you are connected to Internet, a member can access your system/modem/router and make all settings correctly ONLINE!!!!

Please, do give feedback when your problem is solved.

    feedback.

It will good if some one get technical help from IBF then he or she will donate some money to those member who help them to solving out the problem or giving help to set up the system. This will encouraging those technical person to devote their more time on IBF. I see essbebe giving his time to IBF very good, he is trying to help every one in here who posted for some technical help as well as with asking some information and I don't forget the meetdilip who is also devoting his time for IBF and help those people who comes here for help. But in return they don't get even a Thanks. I don't like this. Those technician should get some respect as they devoting their time for them.

In Kolkata if a Laptop need for service then the service charge is Rs 1000 and will add extra money for the replacement of the parts. For the Desktop computer 500 for service charge. If you need setup of your BB or call for service at your home 500 is for visiting ( Desktop + Laptop ) If a MNC call for AMC if those computers are Branded then 700 per computer with Networking + Printer and for non branded 500 per computer with Networking + Printer. I know this because I am doing this type of business. This is for Kolkata not for the other state of India.

And members are getting technical help from IBF here as FREE, LOL and have no respect LOLING again.
