i am using 500c plan .when i see my usage on selfcare it show all usage included night usage in chargeable units .what can i do.please help me

Post a screen shot of usage details after blackening personal details. How much data does it shows ? Are you sure that it is not your day time usage ?

Which modem mode do you use ? PPPoE (Always ON) or Bridge (Dialer) ? Do you reset your connection at 2.05 and 7.55 ?

Mention your circle and SSA. You can try talking to the Account officer on the same. Normally they understand and take such issues with sympathy. If you can prove it, you can get a normal bill next month. Try talking through phone, but it will be better if you can visit in person.

i use bridge mode .i start my modem at 2.20 and off my modem at 7.45.i am from amritsar, punjab

Usage data is automatically split by usage meter now a days.
Day usage and Night usage separate listing for all users.
Need for scheduler may not arise.

Please start a session at about 0745AM and close at 0845AM
see usage data next day. Surf as usual.
If interested try same between 0145AM and 0235AM
