Thread: bsnl broadband plan change in 1 hour, i am totally surprised

friends i applied for plan change from 500c to 750 combo plus on 26 sep at 5pm on selfcare portal,after that when i check my portal after 1 hour i got plan change , i attach my portal status here.

Check Usage data also.
Confirm speed reduced.

yes they are very quick these days
but are You Sure ?
Bcz BSNL allow plan change 1 week of the month
if it is true then ill also try

The minimum time for plan change via written application is just 15 minutes.So, nothing to be surprised about it.
