i was applied for broadband connection on line on my landline no. 2501468.at least 20 days before but there were no response from BSNL side.My lead ID UEALL11091100002.

1. Mention portal used. You can try BSNL Udaan site. Much faster than selfcare portals.
2. Mention current plan, plan applied for.
3. Make follow up calls to BSNL office. If possible a visit in person will help. Check with SDE of your exchange.
4. Complain here
