@vishnu take my advice: Disconnect your connection and switch over to any other ISP as BSNL's service is worst in your case/area, simple as that.

You should understand that the other forum members are trying to help you. And we understand that you are at pain because of lack of service from BSNL.

But what is not expected that you take your frustration on people who are trying to help you the best way they can. This will only switch off the people who wish to help.
