Thread: No phone bill came

I got BSNL internet connection around 27-7-11 till now i never received any bill. My land line is working fine and internet is still connecting. What could be it ?

1. Mention your circle and SSA.

2. Have you got access to usage checking portal ? Can you see your usage there ?

3. Which plan do you use ?

Don't take it lightly. In the end, you may end up with a huge bill if something is wrong in your usage. Don't be under the impression that you will be cleared of the month's bill if bill does not come. They will surely send you the bill, may be 6 months later and you will have to pay a lump some amount then. Better make a call to the account officer and check about the bill.

i din't get you essbebe. but i tried registering 2 times complaint via http://mis.bsnl.co.in/pgs/internet/pgwebregn.asp and still no response

Hope you are using sdc portal. Do you see any billed usage ?

nope i don't use sdc because it does work for me. yes i did check it is running it has reached 2.3 gb so i stopped using during day times.

i use 10.240.43.216 to check my usage.

hmm, a phone call to accounts officer will help. It is BSNL's fault that you are not getting the bill and they should clear it.

PS : For future use, try registering at sdc, has lot of features. Think will work for old users too.

You have given the usage check portal, which does not have
telephone menu items. Your IP should be 59.xx.xx.xx
and ID abcd @dataone.in ( from memory. I was having this id
abcd@dataone.in earlier . long back )
All these selfcare portals meant for Users with IP address

ALways check your circles/ website for details.

I read thru the entire thread. You should visit the exchange in person to sort out the matter. Yes, it involves a lot of inconvenience and if you are working, you will have to take some time off.

But it is better to sort out the matter now rather than facing unpleasant surprises (as said by meetdilip in post # 2).

U thought i dint do that my dad went there twice,
1st time they said it was their mistake and asked us to wait for 1 week...then no response
2nd time they say "no phone bill is generated so wait till it is generated???" #wtfisthis?
