Default Require Beetel 440 TXI Complete BSNL Broadband Config

I have a beetel 440 TXI modem which I used with Airtel and was using it with BSNL.

I was unable to connect for the past few days to the net and when I opened the 192.168.1.1 page I notice that its been reset to factory defaults

I am aware of the basic configuration of PPPoE and 0:35 VPI:VCI. But I still cannot connect. What I would appreciate from folks is the rest of the advanced config to check if I have missed anything or any pointers in helping me solve my issue

Yes thats exactly how the page looks like. I think the config there is ok.

Issue is with the connectivity to the DSL itself. Adding more attachments for reference. I am positive that the Telephone line is ok and have also checked the cables. The issue lies somewhere in the configuration

The WAN LED keeps blinking while the status is connecting.

did you enter your bsnl username/password in modem in your pppoe connection settings(your 1st pic)?

Yes the username and pssword has been added. But I believe the issue lies even before the pppoE configuration anyway since for some reason the DSL Status itself is not moving to the connected state. Another thing i noticed was that AP link is shown as down and there is no firmware version displayed against it in the System Info page.
    Does firmware upgrade make sense?
