pings really suck in bsnl. I use it only for the NU 200KBPS. For gaming look for some isp that gives better pings. Speed doesn't matter much as long as you don't need to download much earlier i was with 10kBPS upload speed and now with bsnl i get 50kBps but my ping has like doubled up.

best plan for ps3 with bsnl is 1350 4mbps till 20gb afterwards 512 itworks good for my ps3 i play most of the games online.

BSNL is not good for gaming. As mentioned above, very high ping and latency. Try Airtel if it is available in your area, but they got some very tight FUP on unlimited plans.
