Thread: Anybody uses edc selfcare portal?

Anybody who has access to edc selfcare portal, please tell me where to see which BB plan I'm currently active with. I've some problem with my bill, and I want to make sure I've the right plan. The portal doesn't show my plan on the usage page.

Check MY orders . status etc in this page.

Actually, that screenshot is mine and I opened this thread cause all I see there are two landline entries and nothing about my broadband plan.

I think that is because you answer so many questions, you lost track of the order in which i opened the threads. Let me explain it to you, I couldn't get you to help me further without knowing how to find my plan name from the portal, so, i asked the same in the first thread but didnt get any answers, so i thought i'd open a new thread on the selfcare portal so someone else will answer me and i could update the first thread before you came but the irony you were the first to answer my second thread. Fromm the third thread atleast i got some idea of what has happened so it wasn't a waste i guess

Okay ...I am at this page http://selfcare.edc.bsnl.co.in/selfcare/start.swe but it wont let me enter my customer id. Olny that feild is busy. Its a real buggy site, I am using Firefox 7. The site wont even open in chrome. Dont have IE coz I use Linux.

You have to register in here http://selfcare.edc.bsnl.co.in first.
