Default Windows ULTIMATE Beetel450TCI wifi not working

Your reply is vague. presume Beetel model is 450TCI.

What is "demand mode" ? Confirm 1483 "Bridged" mode selected. or selected PPPoE ( on demand)

confirm can connect in LAN mode.
confirm VPI/VCI selected for BSNL 0 and 35.
Confirm SSID which appears in laptop.

Post as attachment screenshot Status/Device info
    for PVC2 vpi/vci 0 and 35.

    1. How many machines do you use ?

    2. Do you mean to say you are using dialer mode ? Confirm you can connect desktop / laptop using ethernet cable and clicking " Connect " on dialer.

If that is the case, you won't be able to connect to WiFi. You should be using PPPoE ( Always ON).

You can manage PPPoE even with a limited connection.

Mention modem - model and make.

You will find NetWorx application from softperfect.com useful
to keep track of your usage ,on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Provision is also made to disable metering 02AM to 08AM if not needed.
