I recently got a BSNL Prepaid BB connection. After lot of initial issues it started working. It worked for a few days on 15 days complimentary scheme and before I could recharge it stopped working.

I tried to recharge BSNL prepaid Broadband online by login using my userid and pw at bsnl portal "data.bsnl.in" but it says

EJPAK0004W: Login failed. Please enter a valid user ID and password.

I tried to create userid and a new password was sent to my mailbox. Even that user id and password does not work. The site gets blocked

I have made complaints at BSNL office and to customer care. As usual, they are slow bloody as hell to respond and couldn't care...

Please help...
