Bsnl land line not working

Dear Sir

Our Phone no.0474-2467424 registered under velinaloor Exchange, Kollam Dist is not working last one year. We had given several complaints regarding this and no action had been taken until now. But the bill is coming with out any fault and we are paying the bills also. So please take immediate action in this issue.

You should be having extreme patience to continue to pay
rent for a "DUD" telephone for One year

Step 1:
Make a WRITTEN complaint and get
and get acknowledgement in your copy.

Step 2:
If no action has been taken within a week
repeat the process again each week.

Step 3:
Meet the D.E or A.O(TR) in person. of your Exchange.

Step 4:
DO NOT pay SEPT bill. if still No connection.

Step 5:
Make an ONLINE complaint here.
