Does anybody answer my query about BSNL billing?
I have a BSNl landline no (07622) 221770 from March 2011. My scheme is Rs 625 (unlimited) per month 256 kbps connection. Usually I do pay the bill through BSNL portal website using internet banking.
I paid the bill dt 05.09.11 (i.e., month of August) of amt Rs 770 (bill no 10162755320006) but the transaction was not success which that time i did not notice. Last date was 30.09.2011. Today (13.10.2011) I notice that in due bill column there were two bill one is the earlier unprocessed, another is the bill (bill no 10162755320007 dt 05.10.2011 due dt 27.05.2011) of amt Rs 1562.
My question is :
1. Is it the combination of two months i.e., august & September?
2. Generally what is the fine amt/surcharge for late payment?
3. After payment of the latest bill the old bill no 10162755320006 of Rs 770 is also showing in the due bill zone & it said pay the amt of Rs 770 (Rs 625 plus modem in hire basis) in the cash counter. Already I have paid Rs 1562 today. Obviously i shouldn't pay any more?
I am enclosing the old bill.
4. Since last 1 months i am not getting the BSNL bill-----what to do? where to complain?
Pls give a suggestion
