    Is there any provision that I can change my BSNL BB plan online

    Go to your selfcare portal and APPLY for change of tariff plan.
    Only BSNL can CHANGE the plan.

    You can try through selfcare portal or Udaan site. Much faster than manual application which waits for the mercy of BSNL staff.

    Mind posting the screen shot of service request ? (blacken personal details). 15 minutes is surely a record. My friend tried through selfcare portal, but no action till 40 hours. As he had some urgency, he used the service request no. at exchange to get it done manually.

    i just requested on Udaan just waiting for the plan to be changed.what is OB/AN on udaan status check.what do u think guys?when it will be changed?
