    Angry Unable to check broadband usage from past 6 months

    Hi, i am from UP East. When i login to data.bsnl.in which always helped me to check my usage details, it redirects me to this page from past 6 months-

    I have a wifi modem with broadband plan 500C.
    I have tried clearing cache n cookies. I have complained a lot but bsnl customer support is unable to help. I have tried upe.bsnl.in but no success there too.
    Help me please.

    Open this web site in IE browser only.
    log in and select your OWN ID. PW will be sent to your email address.

    As stopgap arrangement monitor your usage with
    NetworX and Shaplus meters.
    One for recording Day usage and another for night usage.

    I have 2 systems using the same connection so i guess networkX would not help or i have to install it on both computers and manually calculate the sum and exclude night usage.

    And yes sir, i have also tried selfcare portal but when i register using my Customer ID it says ID is already registered. I remember registering this ID on upe.bsnl.in but when i am using the same userID and password which i entered to register on upe.bsnl.in it say invalid userid or password.

    Try different user id of your choice in selfcare portal, the one you have used in upe.bsnl.in is not gonna work.

    Selfcare portal prompt me about customer id i.e. this customer id is already in use.. how do i get another customer id.. I want to check your suggested method but portal is not loading on my IE9..

    You can EDIT your own Post for next 24 hours.
    Click "Go Advanced " to change Font size etc.

    Did you try with a different userid as suggested here ?
    say abcd1234. Later you can change it when you access the self care portal.

    2. Download the applications.
    NetworX gives summary on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
    Shaplus also.

    I tried opening selfcare portal on IE6 and i was successful. But here is my problem. When i entered my Customer ID following page shows up-

    And when i tried resetting my password i got this-

    Suggest me which customer care i must consult for this.

    There are 2 options-
    1. Existing BSNL Customer? Click Here to Register and Avail Online Services.
    2. New to BSNL? Click Here to Register and Apply for New Telephone Connection.

    Which option should i use. I used 1st one earlier coz i thought its for existing bsnl customers. :/

    1s option. If you had registered earlier
    you should remember the ID you used.
    Did you get the password by email ? or don't remember the PW?
    When did you register ?
    Presume you filled up the form as shown.and not this form.

    It says my email address is not setup. What does it mean? Is someone using my Customer ID?

    Appears you had not given a proper email address to post PW by email.
    Call Broadband section/your Exchange and give the details.

    Delete the full quote.. I can easily see my post , and you are not emphasising any particular point
    like
    you should remember the Id You used
    Say your reply;
    [NO . I never registered earlier. etc.

    I visited my exchange's switch room and i found out that there was no mail id provided for my account. The Operator forwarded a request regarding this to Chandigarh. He told me that the earlier portal was by Banglore and this selfcare portal is a product of Chandigarh BSNL.
