Default Beetel 110TC1 ADSLQ+Router configuration for BSNL Broadband

I have purchased a new modem, beetel 110TC1 ADSL2+Router. I followed their device configuration page going into http : //192.168.1.1 page. However, I am not getting internet connection. I looked at the status page in the modem configuration (above http : //192.168.1.1 ) page, and it is mentioned that 'ADSL Password is invalid". I have used the username and password given to me by BSNL, and this is perfectly valid as I can get connection to internet using the modem given and configured by BSNL. Can someone please guide me? If necessary, I can try and produce a screen print of the configuration page as also the password invalid page for information.
    Thanks.

if You selected PVC2 vpi/vci 0 35 for BSNL recheck entry.
If possible deactivate all other PVC's.

Default Remember to 'reset' the modem to factory settings!

Thank you 'essbebe' for your kind help. I followed the suggested thread and chose "PVC2" for my BSNL Broadband connection. It didn't work the first couple of attempts - after 'restart' the page went back to 'status' and the 'virtual circuit' was PVC0 and 'not connected' was displayed. I then 'reset' the modem (by pressing the reset button (used a thin screwdriver to insert into the slot to press)) and started from the beginning. Here also the 'status' page initially showed 'note connected'. I changed this to 'pvc2', which resulted in 'connected' status and did another 'restart'. Even now the status page virtual cirtuit is showing PVC0, but apparently the configuration has been successful as I am getting into internet without problems (to ensure this is correct, I restarted the system three times till now, and all seems working well). Thank you again for your timely help.

I must also say that the quick install guide came with the instrument specifically asks to choose 'PVC0' whereas for BSNL the correct address is 'PVC2'.

    Best regards.

    Default

The default page Status Device info is PVC0
We have to select the correct PVC number as , all will show
snr/attn data in the bottom page and mislead us.

For the lay man PVC0 can be set for BSNL vpi/vci 0 and 35
The moment you make the change in ( Internet page)
an error window will come up saying Duplicate VPI/VCI !!
    and will revert to default vpi/vci usually 1 and 32 ( Airtel's )
Again select PVC2 enter some raNDOM VPI/VCI SAY 8 AND 45 SAVE.
Again go back to PVC0 and enter 0 and 35 for BSNL.

We cannot DELETE the other connections.
PVC status screen shot also available.

Also ensure in Access Control ACL and Cwmp buttons are deactivated. SAVE
Always Reboot from Management Re boot menu.
    current settings )
