can any one help me from the speed problem mine speed is
32kbps at night and i have taking home 500 plan
and have glb 502-t router

I am using bsnl broadband for several months and i didn't suffer from any speed problem. I am getting files downloaded at 220 kb/sec. You better ask your higher authority of bsnl exchange about your problem. Surely you will responded soon.

"Cool"Dude bsnl has nothing to do with speed problems ..
they just promise to provide a minimum of 32 KBPS which this guy is already getting .. only solution to this problem is wat esbebe said .. tcp/ip optimization and some other tweaks !!

It can also be that you have checked your speeds from some misleading source.
Speedtest.net - The Global Broadband Speed Test
This site correctly tells your speed and lag. If here also you have slow speeds then change your password its possible that some is using it.
And also check your cable and splitter for any damages.
