    Default

    1. Mention your modem - model and make.

    2. Which mode do you use to connect ? PPPoE or Bridge ?

    3. Do you use any firewall ? If yes, mention which one ?

    Try these

    a. Disable antivirus + firewall and try. If you are using an internet security suite, disable it as a whole and try.

    b. Try portforward.com and select the guide for your modem.

    3. Try switching to bridge / dialer mode and check.

    More on feedback.
