another house (which is owned by me)
Probably, if you mention you have a connection In X place, and attach the Property Tax receipt for this house, along with your application, you may get a BB connection.

If already a telephone connection is available, extra connection
    may be easier.
Usually if a tenant wants a Telephone connection a letter from the House owner, is required, certifying that the person is his. tenant .
Try to book here and get feedback.
No need for log in. Give contact number present location.

Relative or tenant, should not run a huge telephone bill, and if they fail to pay the owner is held responsible for payment.

With cellphones widely used, many do not have land line phones and surrendering them.
As Owner, you can get a telephone connection in the house , where you don't reside, how to control the usage?
I think some plan is available allowing Only INCOMING calls.

Or your Present number can have an Extension, if from same exchange.

    Option 1:
A bsnl Landline connection is MUST for availing adsl BB services.
Tariff plans available without recurring monthly rental/ and phone can be locked for outgoing calls. with a simple code.
But initial Installation charges/ Security deposit for calls and at least one day's rent for telephone Plan ( say One india plan ) must be paid.

    Option 2
If you intend to use Internet only , better try Datacard/ Usb3G modem etc. I wifi mode )
Or a cable broadband service in that locality.
( feedback here in forum about CABLE BB providers not encouraging !!!)

    @ krashok1990

    1. Mention your current location, location of other house.

    2. Which ISP do you use now ?

You can buy a 2G / 3G SIM using your current address proof and use a data card to get internet on your desktop and laptop. By this way, you won't be needing a land line connection which is a must for getting BSNL broadband.

I presume you must be having some sort of legal document to prove you own that house. You can use even a tax paid receipt in your name to get a land line and thereby a broadband connection. If you need WiFi, you can simply get a WiFi modem cum router and use it with your BSNL connection.

If you own the house, you must be having some proof of ownership. Otherwise what is the proof that you own the house?

You must be having property records, sale deed, registration deed, municipal property tax bill, electricity bill, etc. Any one can be used as a proof of ownership and address.

When you opt for BSNL (wired) broadband, you get the phone line automatically. If the tenant is living there, he can buy an instrument and connect to the line and start using it.

If you show tenant's ration card, the connection will be in tenant's name - not yours. The address proof must state your name.
