    Sir,

    I am a broadband customer for the last three years. BB is extremely necessary for my profession. But due to frequent link failure i am suffering a lot. I have lodged several complaints. But till date my problem has not been solved. There is inconsistent link for many days. But the officer concerned is not responding. my recent complaint No11107744362 on 18.10.2011

    Kindly see that the problem is solved.

    Para two:
    Mention the model/make/number . Your Tariff plan.
    See links given below. and see whether your modem is listed.

    Check the ADSL data showing SNR and ATTN data and post it here.
    Example: Home 750 U/L Plan 512 Kbps speed. Beetel 110BXI

    Downstream Upstream
    SNR Margin (dB): 32.8 24.0
    Attenuation (dB): 15.0 9.5
    Output Power (dBm): 9.8 17.2
    Attainable Rate (Kbps): 12096 1280
    Rate (Kbps): 2048 512


    If possible give same data in the complaint above. SNR/ATTN only.

    Members will try to suggest remedial measures to solve your problem.
