can i change bsnl bb plan twice before 25of the month,means like 22 i change plan & after 23 can i change again?help

No, the minimum hire period of any plan with BSNL is 1 month. But don't know if it is possible through portals as they seems to allow almost anything (may be bugs or lack of policy update). Try yours and see if it is getting accepted. You can also try talking to someone at exchange on this for confirmation.

Yes, @meetdilip is right.Even via selfcare portals it's not possible to change plans frequently(within the same month) anymore.I have heard that they are not responding to the plan change requests via portals these days except for the remaining requests.And also the people at exchange will tell the same thing as the rule says.The main reason for the restriction is that the complicacy arises when the bill is is prepared for the current month and also the headache for the A.Os.Anyways try your luck.Give feedback.
