Thread: Confuse about Phone + Broadband Bill

Hello Folks .
Need one Help I Am Not Understand My Phone and BB Bill I mean I am Just paying and Paying but Outstanding Bill showing More then 1K Rs





Last Plan was BB FN 600 something like and now Unlimited

Cannot understand how you are getting More than ONE telephone bill in a month ! ( May 2 bills July 2 bills )
13/07 does not appear BB usage for JUNE/2011.

Outstanding Rs 1275/= could be for Sept usage ( may be NU also charged: but may be deducted in actual Telephone bill )

Latest seems to be for 2 months.
22/09 Rs 1689 ( for JULY and August 2011?)
Are you posting these details from Selfcare portal.?


Rs 750 ( if Home 750 U/L) x 2 = Rs 1500/= Tax 10% 150/= Surcharge .3% on Rs 150= Rs 4.50 (addl telephone calls ?? 30/=)
No modem rent. No telephone rent.
Break up will be seen in the TELEPHONE BILL/s.

yes bill details from Selfcare portal

but in sell care Limited Plan NU charge is showing 0 but in main bill its showing full of it


any suggestion what i have to do?

Take the actual invoice/bill to exchange and ask them to explain the charges. If possible, scan the bill and upload the image here.

yes i am waiting for My Sep Bill ....but if i will not pay sep bill in time they will suspend my account

Yes. If bill is not paid, your service will be suspended after 15 days. Reconnection charges may apply.

what is net amount stand for ?

Net amount is the total chargeable amount after deducting the free usage or w/e. In your case it is Nil.

yes but September use is everywhere net amount is Nill but in self care outstanding bill is showing Rs.1,275.00 rs
