sir, I got Braod band connection 216703 palakkad district , peringootukurussi, alathur, but the bill indicate the previous balance but now i want the details of this what do you mean by previous balance

Post a scanned copy (blacken personal details) of the bill if possible. You can try talking to the Accounts Officer (Broadband) and ask details of any item in bill. If it is a mistake, you can either get it corrected in the next bill or if you insist, you get an option to pay at their main office the corrected amount.

Register at sdc portal if you already haven't.

PS : Remove your phone no. as you get no specific info with it.
