Thread: I am unable to access my Wi-fi in AN1020-21 modem

Dear friends,

I have done all the settings of the modem, when I am trying to connect Wi-fi through my phone, it is connecting and says "Connected",

Till this point, it is fine,

But when I access internet in my phone, I am unable to access and says "DNS failed",

Please give me a solution to this probelm

1. Mention phone model, make and OS (Android, Symbian, iOS etc)

2. Are you able to access WiFi in any other device ? Try a laptop and check. Update the result here.

3. Do you have any password set for WiFi ?

Mine is Samsung Wave II with BADA OS,
But I tried from iPhone, Nokia phone also in which Wi-Fi was working,
But Laptop I didnot check,
I have password set but there is no issue i.e., it is working as required.

hmm, in that case, it has something to do with your mobile settings. Try ask in Samsung's forum (if any).
