Thread: How To Check Plan Change in BB

Hi, I applied for plan change from 500C to 600C yesterday via a written application submitted to SDO. As I posted earlier that I am unable to check my selfcare.ndc account

Any help will be highly appreciated.

use Networx software....its the good option left if u cant use bsnl website to check ur usage.

Check in your self care portal (NDC) after 2 or 3 days or after a week.
Still unable to access the portal make a complaint here.

What these links are supposed to do here??
I am not asking for help in tariffs. If anyhow i can check my plan without visiting exchange, pls tell me.

There are two choices:-

1)By using your portal id & password at data.bsnl.in

2)By accessing the selfcare site.

As you are having problem in accessing the selfcare site, you have to contact your nearest exchange to sort out the problem.
