Thread: Move out my BB from safe custody to plan 900

i placed a service request (to move out my BB from safe custody to plan 900) some 5mins before and now i see my request has being processed, i'm always lucky as in my case BSNL updates my request within 1hr (longest time); the issue is, this time i see in the status as "Completed at Clarity" what does that mean !! "clarity" ; previously with my request the status was "Service Order Completed"

Which portal did you use ?

Since you tried to move from safe custody, you can try using the net and see if it is working.

I have been in same situation...i have applied to change plan from 600 combo to ul750 yesterday....but it shows completed at clarity....what is this means..?
