This forum is not an official BSNL subsidiary. We are an independent community to help on broadband issues.
With BSNL it is not like apply and wait, you need to constantly bug them to get things done. Normally connections are issued in 1 -2 weeks. Mention your location. You can try talking to someone at the broadband section of your exchange. Make a call to exchange and ask for the correct no. A personal visit to SDE's office will yield better results.

You could make a complaint at same web site now. quoting above number.
If no response/call from BSNL Exchange, a personal visit
can clarify the matter. Are you covered under Rural Exchange plan ?
Which tariff plan you applied?
Presume you don't have BSNL Landline connection also.
