Default How to check my broadband plan

    Guys,

First up, sorry for repeating this question several times. I got my plan changed from H600 to H900. During the previous change ( to H600 ) i verified it through visiting the weblogin.jsp page. But now that page is not available and when i checked through server1 of dataone.in domain, it shows error message as Forbidden from viewing this server.

Also i checked my speed through ADSL SPEED TESTER in the bsnl site itself. It shows only 1.22Mbps. But my plan says, it gives 4Mbps. Also, my downloads are not going more than 210Kbps. So does this mean that my plan has not got changed yet?

My IP address range is 117.x.x.x. It was previously 59.x.x.x. This is one change i have noted.

    Thanks

ya i have read that.. but i am not able to access the dataone.in 's check accoutn usage facillity. It is showing forbidden access error. For bsnl.in, it is asking PORTAL ID. The ID which i gave for my previous plan is not working.

Since your IP is no longer 59.xx, you cannot access dataone to check your status. Try other methods described or register at selfcare portal.
