Today i.e. 03 nov I requested for plan change at udaan.bsnl.co.in I was given a Lead ID: WBCAL03XXXXXXXXX. Currently I am using BBG Rural USOF Combo 250 and I have requested to change the plan to BB Home Rural USOF Combo UL 500. But when I try to check the status of the Lead ID I am getting a message like "NO Leads FOUND for your search criteria".
What should I do?![]()
And Yes They are also asking for "OB/AN NO." I want to know What is "OB/AN NO."?
I am really confused...![]()
