Thread: please wait while you are redirected... help pls

when i open my browser i get a message as follows .. please wait while you are redirected...
after few seconds its displays as cannot display the page... all lights on my modem works fine... help me its urgent ... thanks

1. Does this happen with every website?

2. Which OS and Browser/version are you using?

There is a possibility that browser may have been hijacked or your internet may not be working correctly.

1. Open a command prompt window.
2. Execure "ipconfig /all" and paste the results here.
3. Also try the command "ping www.google.com" and see whether the ping is successful. Copy/Paste the results here.

Try using another browser. See if it is happening with that also. Most probably it is a case of browser Hijack.

To do:

1. Use another browser, type google.com and post the result here.

2. Re install the browser and check.

3. Install a new browser and check

4. If on Firefox, disable add ons and check.
