Thread: Successfully Configured NETGEAR N150 Wireless ADSL2+ Modem Router

Hi All,

Today I got new BSNL Broadband connection and successfully configured with NETGEAR Wireless ADSL2+ Modem Router. My tariff plan is BBG Combo ULD 1000. I am able to connect with LAN as well as WIFI. But whenever I am connecting through WIFI internet speed is very slow.

Please find below connection statistic details. Can somebody tell me that link status is good or not? Like Lind Attenuation / Noise Margin etc. or how can I overcome WIFI slowness issue.

Check whether 801B& G mode is selected. 801 11b tends to be low speed.( 11Mpbs) 11g 54 Mbps speed data transfer.

Your ADSL line data seems acceptable
Are you using an adsl splitter?.
Check your speed in LAN mode and wifi mode here.

Ensure Power output is 100% as selected in wifi page .

Thanks for the reply. I have already changed Wireless Mode to "g&b" after that it was working fine without any slowness. Previously selected Mode was "Up to 150Mbps"

I am going to attach the screen shot of my existing setup in the above mention thread.

did you check of download speed by the internet download manager in you wifi connection ?
