Thread: No connectivity during night (Home UL 750)

Hi,
Since yesterday I am not getting connectivity during early in the morning, 6 - 7:30 which means (I guess) BSNL is disconnecting the line during nights.

If what I am suspecting is true then its a big issue downloading large files using torrents which needs the PC to operate day & night.

Dunnno what to do.

Have you contacted the nearest BSNL exchange regarding this problem? What is their take on their situation? Occasionally, they do certain types of account profiling works during the night time.

1. Talk to someone at broadband section of your exchange.

2. Book a complaint and get the complaint no. If you are still having issues, talk to someone at the SSA office.

No, they don't because they are not interested in doing even the regular work. As cool techie mentioned, may be some maintenance going on.

I guess I will wait 2 days before complaining, in case maintenance is the reason.

I will write back what happens.
