    Default problem with BSNL modem

    inspite of several complain on your no 1500 and personal request to your concern SDO Mr D.P.Das on telephone No 0674-2564700, my broadband connection on 0674-2565966 have not yet been repaired from last 18.9.2011. request to make the same workable & arrange to adjust the payments, which was made for the said defect broadband connection. thanks

    Please note this forum has no connection with BSNL. Members try to help with technical problems etc and give needed information about different ISP's.

    (a) did you test your modem/computer with a friend's BSNL connection ?
    (b) are you sure the BB connection is "dead" since 18th Sept 2011?
    (c ) the telephone is working normally since then ?
    (d) you were billed for BB connection In Sept , OCT ?

    Mention how you access Internet now.
    Para two :

    You should personally visit A.O.(TR) of your Exchange , and give a written application for refund / credit for non provision of BB.
    ( Get receipt in your copy )

    or ask for an appointment with DE. of Your Exchange.
    ( Divisional Engineer ( usually in the afternoon Wednesdays 2PM to 3 PM in many circles )

    Without written proof of complaints made , may be difficult to get refunds.

    If you have a complaint no., you can get discount for non working period. Visit the exchange and do not leave unless they send someone with you to fix the line.

    Try the online links above to complaint. You can also write to Nodal officer and / or appellate authority. ID, phone no. and address on the backside of your bill. Call them and seek help, explain things briefly and clearly mention its been like this for two months.
