i need a broadband connection in Kharadi, pune. i did inquiry at BSNL exchange nearby kharadi and they told that you have to get the connection through Agency as they dont have reach in that area.

i went to the agency and they told that you have to buy a landline first for that you have to opt for default plan of 125Rs. and also there will be 500 Deposit and 500 registration charges. and if you want instrument then seperate 500 Rs for that.

once you take the connection you have to apply for broadband and even in that he told some different plans like in 499rs you get 256kbps unlimited and in 750 you get 512kbps unlimited. when i asked for combo plans he told that in those plans you will only get the broadband benefits but you will not get free calls which are there in the plan.

and there will seperate 250Rs installation charges and 500rs deposit for broadband.

kindly suggest if anyone has gone through such situation and is the safe process??
