Can anyone share experience of BSNL Broadband IP TV?

Sounds very interesting as the picture quality will be digital and cable bill will be included in the telephone bill....so no more guys standing outside the door asking for cable TV bill each month

On the technical front, wanted to know if the quality of telephone or internet is affected because of this IP TV.

Any experience will be useful for many people.
