Thread: Unable to get BSNL Broadband Usage

Hi All,

Whenver I am trying to get my broadband usage through BSNL Broadband Usage 2.5.exe (shaplus.com) getting error "object doesn't support this property or method". Does anyone has any idea? Please help.

1. Try changing adapter from settings and check.

2. Restart Shaplus and check.

3. Re install and check.

4. Try on safe mode.

check directly in data.bsnl.in
