    Default Internet Gateway

I am using a UTStarcom WA3002g4 broadband modem from BSNL. Though the internet is working absolutely fine, I am not able to view the internet gateway when I go into the My Network Places page. It only shows the modem. Please tell me how do I get the internet gateway.

Any particular requirement with internet gateway icon ?

Mention your OS. I have seen the icon, not sure if in XP or Windows 7.

I am using Windows XP SP2 and the requirement of the internet gateway is to view my webcam feed, which is being used as a monitoring device (CCTV) at home, from a remote location. The webcam software is by Yawcam and it requires the internet gateway in order for me to be able to access the feed from a remote location.

Me too tried YawCam. You can access it by by IP I think. Or by a custom URL which you can share with anyone. Give it a try.

Normally gateway will be 192.168.1.1. You can set this on TCP/IP properties of LAN card.

I'm not too clear as to how that custom URL is to be set up. Could you please guide me thru it or direct me to a place that has step by step instructions for the same??

    Current IP Check
    when connected to Internet check.
    Retype it in address bar.

    2. Probably you may have to make settings for Portforwarding/virtual server
