Today only....udaan.bsnl.co.in,lead no is TNCOI 24111100108.Another doubt meetdilip that i have selected BBG FN COMBO 600 Plan,what modem will they provide,i need adsl wifi type 2.modem.What can i do if they provide anyother modem?
By mistake i have applied twice for new landline and broadband connection is there any problem by registering twice.....anyone help me

Talk to someone at your exchange's broadband section and use the lead no. as reference. It may speed up the process a bit.

BSNL no longer supplies modem, you need to buy from open market.

I simply registered in online i checked my status it doesnt gave me enough details shall i have to send anyother documents....

You need not send any documents online. You will either receive a call from exchange to visit them with residence proof or some BSNL agent will visit you.
You can speed up the process if you call them and check status by referring your lead no.
Im checking my lead status regularly...i got a msg from bsnl indicating that a sales associative will contact me and also gave his no..i called him twice he is just postponing every time that he will come tomorrow....What can i do now...

As you have said i talkde to a person in my areas exchange he said he will come and check whether it is possible to give connection.And he asked which plan are you going to choose i said BBG FN COMBO 600 plan but he said there is no plan like that and he said there is only BBG FN COMBO 599.yes now bsnl is not providing modems which company modem is best please anyone help me...Thanks in advance....

OK but my friend has the landline connection of 250rs...plan he uses landline and brodband rarely....but he charged by 1000rs every month can you help me how to find which plan he is using....
His bill will have the plan details or the site in which he check the usage.
he doesnt checked his usage....so he doesnt know how to solve this problem...where can we see our portal id
