Will somebody let me know how to make on line payment of bb bill.

Broadband usage included in telephone bill.

Mention your location with circle and SSA.

most banks offering bill pay service also include bsnl.
you would need to register your number with your bank and wait for a month or so for the process to be activated. once activated the bill would automatically get pushed to your online account and you can select and pay using your internet banking.

you can also opt for ECS payment. that would give you 1% discount in your bill also.
