Thread: Bsnl internet down in marathalli,bangalore

Hi ,
bsnl net is down in marathalli,bangalore since last 5 days. They rtelling that fiber cableis cut in indira nagar and still joining since last 5 days .
Any solution for this

1. Register a complaint and get the reference no.

You can do this either by phone or by your portal. If there is continuous disruption of service for 3 days or longer, you are entitled to get a waiver of rent in order to make up for the downtime.

2. BSNL staff do not hesitate to bluff. A personal visit to the exchange or phone call to the broadband office may give better results.

Talk to your friends with BSNL and ask them to do the same.
