Thread: Unsolved problem since 6 months

I have been facing a weird problem since last 6 months on my bsnl broadband with 750UL plan.
At times i get good speed between 60-70KBPS.
However, the party does not last very long
Suddenly my dsl link vanishes, and i have to wait until my dsl becomes stable again, which literally takes ages.
Even though it comes back, the speed is not d same and is somewhat similar to below.
Line Rate - Upstream (Kbps): 780
Line Rate - Downstream (Kbps): 172
(Downstream varies from 20 to 250 kbps )
These events repeat everyday, and on a specific time.
Usually after 9PM and now in daytime before noon.
I tried contacting bsnl for this issue. But all they do, is check the link and quote " The line is completely fine , please contact broadband dept. now "
And i get the same reply from Broadband dept too

Please suggest me, what action i should take now.
i am seriously frustated with this problem now.
