Thread: ULD 1350 Speed

Hi everyone. I changed my broadband plan from ULD 750 to ULD 1350 in november. I experienced a change in speed but not 4mbps as promised. here is my current down/up speed

should i wait for it to change automatically to 4mbps or give a complaint?

Contact Broadband JTO of your exchange to change the port.
Default max speed appears to be 2 Mbps
HINT:
Use Insert mode for small pictures jpg or png . ( click Yellow icon on top delete existing http://)

Common issue, try this guide
