Thread: BSNL BB getting disconnected frequently

Hi All,
My BB connection gets disconnected very frequently. Although the link remains established in the modem.
Someone please help me.

Ensure ALL phones connected to ADSL PHONE PORT only.

Disconnect any phones elsewhere ( other rooms ) if connected
to BSNL phone Port Directly.

Can i remove the connections of telephones temporarily?
I mean while i am using the internet.
Just removing the wire will do, right?

Removing wire from telephone instrument won't do any good. It is just like closing your eyes and light will be still there. Bypass splitter, connect the line directly to the modem and check.
